Job Title: Help Desk Associate

About the Role:

The Help Desk Associate will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customers, including remote desktop assistance and on-site visits (if required)
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up activities
