About the Role:

  • Liaise with the Sales team to verify and complete order details
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for sales orders and customer-related documentation

  • Provide administrative support for department projects and process improvements
  • Help manage inventory with proper tracking and reconciliation
  • Support audit by collating and organizing required documentation

Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (desired)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
