This role focuses on driving sales and visibility initiatives across modern trade accounts, requiring close collaboration with operation teams and in-store merchandisers to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Implement customer business plans and promotional calendars to enhance sales performance and product listings.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, trading terms, product listings, and promotional agreements to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop strong relationships with key retail stakeholders to support growth, service quality, and decision-making.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and promotional effectiveness to inform demand planning and supply chain coordination.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in key account management, customer coordination, or sales support, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
Ideal Candidate:
A highly motivated individual with a proven track record in key account management and customer coordination, skilled in data analysis and proficient in MS Office tools.
