1) Expand sales signicantly with exisitng NTUC FP group.

2) Expand sales signicantly with exisitng Giant/Dairy Farm group.

Become a key member of the sales team at Lee Foods (Tai Hock) Pte Ltd, a leading FMCG company operating in the Yishun North Region. As a full-time FMCG Sales Representative / Management (Modern Trade), you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with major retail partners in the area. **What you'll be doing**
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Maintaining and growing relationships with key account managers in modern trade retailers
- Negotiating favourable trade terms and securing prime product placements
- Identifying new business opportunities and helping to win new accounts
- Gathering market intelligence and providing valuable insights to the sales management team
- Ensuring efficient stock management and product availability in your assigned retail outlets
- Participating in marketing campaigns and trade activations to drive consumer demand

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the modern trade channel
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure favourable deals with retail partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with retail operations, merchandising, and category management
- Passion for the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
