Job Opportunity: Workshop Admin cum Account
As a key member of our workshop team, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve processing invoices and payments, communicating with customers and vendors, and managing office procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in administration support in a workshop or related industry. They should be highly organized, able to multitask, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process billing and payments, quotations, and repair orders efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external personnel.
- Assist with payroll, claims expenses, and other related matters.
- Liaise with customers and vendors to resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare sales and purchase agreements, insurance claims, and other documents as required.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as administration support in a workshop or related industry.
- Minimum of 'O' Levels or equivalent education preferred.
- Interest in the automotive industry.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills.
- Customer service orientated, attention to detail, and high level of responsibility.
