**Job description:
- Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP).
- Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)
- Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated
- Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling
- Provide administrative support on accident reporting
- Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with Chinese based client
- With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and positive working attitude
- Willing to work 5.5 days.
