Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth for our web3 products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional understanding of the web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and decentralized protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with key players in the web3 and blockchain space. This will involve developing and executing business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities within the platform.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with the product roadmap and company objectives. They will lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships, licensing agreements, and other collaborations to maximize value and accelerate product growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the web3 industry, with a focus on partnerships and growth.
  • Exceptional understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in web3.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay informed on the latest web3 innovations, tools, and platforms.
  • Strong grasp of negotiation skills and deal structuring.
