  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, monitor KPIs and financial performance, and leverage market research to drive business optimization.
    • Lead high-priority strategic initiatives, collaborate across teams including product, marketing, and growth to ensure effective execution, and manage relationships with external partners.
    • Identify and negotiate ecosystem collaborations, evaluate business opportunities, and help strengthen the platform's industry positioning.
    • Provide decision-making support to senior executives, prepare materials for investors and board meetings, and prioritize strategic-level initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations, ideally within Web3, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong analytical, execution, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in ecosystem development and executive-level reporting, with a strong interest in Web3 and blockchain technologies.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with stakeholders.
