Head of Ecosystem Systems Design at Web3 Space

We collaborate with leading DAOs and DeFi protocols to deliver sovereign and protocol-aligned ways for professionals to learn, earn, and contribute.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish institutional collaborations with DAO treasuries and protocol ecosystems

• Orchestrate liquidity across multiple chains using incentive structures and staking frameworks

• Architect and deploy governance‑aligned token utility models and incentive schemes

• Collaborate with decentralized governance platforms to align economic incentives

• Monitor performance of liquidity integrations and optimize capital deployment strategies

Who You Are

• At least 3 years working in DeFi ecosystem partnerships or protocol integrations, preferably with DAO treasuries

• Demonstrable familiarity with veToken models, cross‑chain staking mechanics, and liquidity orchestration

• Proven record negotiating or executing strategic agreements across L1/L2 blockchain networks

• Comfortable driving governance coordination and modeling token incentives in deeply decentralized environments
