Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web3 Technology Strategist to lead our ecosystem project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technologies and a proven track record of implementing technical strategies that align with business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical strategy, leading the design and implementation of blockchain technologies, guiding product development, and ensuring the security and scalability of technology infrastructure.

  • Define and implement technical strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead design and implementation of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and decentralized applications
  • Guide product development process, ensuring innovation and timely delivery
  • Responsible for security and scalability of technology infrastructure

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in technical management, overseeing multiple teams, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience at a major Web3 company (e.g., Ethereum)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture and expertise in DeFi protocols
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity or Rust
  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility to align with UK time zones
Key Responsibilities

Technical Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Blockchain Technologies

Lead the design and implementation of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and decentralized applications.

Product Development

Guide the product development process, ensuring innovation and timely delivery.

Infrastructure Management

Responsible for the security and scalability of technology infrastructure.

Requirements
