Senior Technology Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and maintenance of application system needs under Digital Technology. As a Senior Technology Strategist, you will manage a team of developers in multiple locations, responsible for delivering large-scale digital technology initiatives/projects as per agreed timelines and planned budget.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale applications, data migration and delivery to cloud-native and hybrid environments. They will also have good knowledge of programming languages Java, SQL scripting, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript etc. Knowledge in iOS/Android Native, React Native is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of IT work experience in Life insurance applications development, testing, and data management
- Proven working experience in managing teams across locations
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices
We are looking for a motivated individual who can build a strong understanding of the insurance business processes for the team. The successful candidate will be able to interact with diverse stakeholders to present solutions, plans etc. and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
