Senior Technology Strategist

We seek a visionary leader to shape our technological roadmap and drive innovation. As the Senior Technology Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Strategy and Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology vision and strategy that drives business growth and stays ahead of industry trends.
    • Innovate and improve existing technologies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance customer experiences.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and regulatory requirements to ensure we remain compliant and adaptable.
    • Align technology resources to support strategic goals and operational needs, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Team Leadership and Talent Management:
    • Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Evaluate and develop talent within the organization, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external technology providers and partners to drive business value and growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
    • Collaborate on budget creation and management, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with business objectives.
    • Maximize tax benefits arising from R&D investments, driving financial efficiency and sustainability.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other department heads to drive product development and production management, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.
  • Executive Management and Governance:
    • Participate in executive decision-making to align technology goals with business objectives, ensuring strategic focus and direction.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (over 10 years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
  • Deep understanding of multi-domain communication networks, sensor technologies, 5G technology, and telecommunications standards.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • The working location is in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
