Solution Architect - Enterprise Technology Strategist

As a Solution Architect - Enterprise Technology Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the sales, project implementation, and customer success of our organization. You will collaborate with our sales team to gain a deep understanding of our clients' needs, work closely with our technical team to develop and deploy cutting-edge technology solutions, and ensure that these solutions align with our clients' business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Partnering with our sales team to understand client needs and challenges
  • Identifying customized solutions that meet clients' requirements for automation and digitalization strategies at the enterprise level
  • Translating client requirements into functional specifications and detailed solution architecture
  • Providing pre-sales support to our sales team during RFI/RFP and PoC stages
  • Leading the design, specification, and selection of IT solutions, considering factors such as functionality, data security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
  • Designing and architecting products/solutions for scalability and extensibility
  • Integrating IT systems and resolving technical issues
  • Evaluating system architecture and collaborating with project management and IT development teams to improve it
  • Finding alternatives to alleviate risks and performing process re-engineering if necessary
  • Constantly upgrading products with evolving technology and customer requirements
  • Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance
  • Supporting the development team in developing solutions
  • Developing high-level project schedules and resource plans for implementation
  • Leading the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process redesign
  • Researching emerging technologies and proposing changes to existing architecture
  • Preparing business cases and cost estimations for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licensing, development, and support costs
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in a senior technical role, and wide-ranging technology knowledge in areas such as IT infrastructure, business analysis, software architecture design, DevOps, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
