The role of an Enterprise Solution Strategist is pivotal in driving business growth by crafting and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system integration, proficient in designing distributed systems and creating technical blueprints.

Apart from this, the ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to lead and develop respectful relationships.

Certification in relevant technologies is advantageous, but not essential. What's crucial is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate complex technical landscapes with ease.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to travel locally as required and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will be able to articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk, and provide pre-sales delivery of technical consultancy services to clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solution architectures that align with clients' strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing deadlines to meet client expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7 years of hands-on experience in system integration (SI) projects, with at least 4 years focused on one product family under NCS competencies
  • Experience in preparing technical/architect blueprints and designing distributed systems is an added advantage
  • Certification in appropriate technologies is an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Able to travel locally as required
  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
