You will be responsible for leading partner acquisition and onboarding, converting token projects and strategic partners into long-term users.

Your work will closely align with leadership, product, and marketing teams to accelerate network growth and unlock new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and onboard token projects with locked/vested assets.
  • Build strong relationships with VCs, exchanges, and ecosystems.
  • Educate partners on token liquidity solutions.
  • Structure listings aligned to vesting schedules.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums.
  • Monitor KPIs and share market insights.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (crypto, DeFi, or fintech).
  • Strong knowledge of token vesting and secondary markets.
  • An established Web3 network (VCs, launchpads, exchanges, L1/L2s).
  • Deal negotiation and compliance/legal familiarity.
  • Excellent communication and self-starter skills.
