Your Role:

In this pivotal sales position, you will collaborate with top-tier brands and performance advertisers, providing innovative solutions at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape. You will establish and nurture trust-based relationships with significant advertisers, understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions. You will take the lead in identifying and expanding target markets and sectors, positively impacting our clients while enhancing Smartly's revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by identifying, developing, and securing new business within the designated territory, focusing on enterprise organizations.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our platform's value proposition, alongside the evolving needs of both new prospects and existing clients.
  • Align customer KPIs and digital advertising strategies with our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful demonstrations, trials, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate updates to support reliable revenue forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • A proven history of successful sales and business development in B2B SaaS or within the AdTech, digital marketing, or paid social sectors.
  • Experience in Programmatic Advertising and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads Manager.
  • A strong desire and capability to continuously learn about our products, the organization, and the ecosystem to effectively engage with C-suite executives and end users alike.
  • Ability to forge connections and engage with diverse audiences, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Existing networks that can facilitate growth in sectors such as automotive, e-commerce, entertainment, gaming, retail, or travel.
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, attending the Singapore office at least two days a week.
  • Openness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
