Enterprise Sales Representative

Databricks is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our Unified Analytics Platform in ASEAN. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, ASEAN, this role will be instrumental in launching the Databricks brand in Enterprise Accounts across all industries.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Drive the adoption of Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform, powered by Spark, in Enterprise Accounts across ASEAN.
- Identify, source, and develop new sales opportunities, collaborating with the Databricks SDR team to build a robust pipeline.
- Engage with business and technical decision-makers, guiding them through the evaluation and buying process.
- Exceed individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer success and upsell opportunities in existing customers.
- Develop a comprehensive Territory Strategy for Thailand.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in Enterprise Sales roles, preferably in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling innovation, particularly in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
- A solution-focused sales approach, with a strong command of the message, MEDDPIC, and Challenger Sale methodologies.
- Ability to articulate complex cloud and big data technologies and their business value to customers.
- Proven success and upward trajectory in previous sales roles.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers in Thailand.
- Fluent proficiency in Thai language is required.
