About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth by building relationships with prospective users and turning them into happy Stripe customers. As an Account Executive, Enterprise, you'll be responsible for owning a named account list, developing account plans, and executing sales strategies to win and expand business with upper middle market and enterprise companies in the GCN market.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and expansion with upper middle market and enterprise companies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing clients.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Finance, to lead complex product workshops and financial analyses.
  4. Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
  5. Engage with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  1. 8+ years of software sales experience selling to large users in the GCN market, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
  2. Ability to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with highly technical customers.
  3. Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including comfort with basic modeling.
  4. Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin.
  5. Deep understanding of the China cross-border business landscape.
  6. Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of S$259,200 - S$388,800, depending on location and experience. We also provide equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
