">- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the condition of servers, applications, and security measures
- Identifying, logging, and resolving technical problems (Incident Management)
- Ensuring that work is carried out within agreed service levels (Service Request/ Incident/ Change/ Patch Management)
- Responding to site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify faults
- Liaising and coordinating the recovery of systems
- Identifying potential changes and system improvements for consideration and implementation (continuous improvements)
- Creating, maintaining, and distributing reports of progress to service delivery managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of Vmware and Nutanix, as well as EMC and Huawei storage systems. You should also have experience with Windows operating systems, clusters, NLB, or Unix. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support.
">You will need to possess:
">- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Good problem-solving and logic skills
- Self-driven individuals who can work independently and in a team setting
