Job Title: Guest Services AmbassadorAbout the Role:

As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will provide exceptional support to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to deliver courteous and efficient service to our guests.
  • Build rapport with in-house and long-staying guests, providing personalized assistance whenever required.
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to guest requests and inquiries, including information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations.
  • Manage guest baggage storage, delivery of parcels, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating the movements log for all porter duties.
  • Ensure the lobby, driveway, and luggage storage areas are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Stay informed about daily events within the hotel and assist guests or visitors with directions and relevant information as needed.
  • Oversee and maintain smooth traffic flow at the hotel driveway.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors with diligence and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Courtesy and Attention to Detail: Provide personalized service while maintaining accuracy in record-keeping and task management.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate with Front Office team members to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and handle luggage, parcels, and other items as required.
