Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, objectives, challenges, and decision-making process.
  • Business Development
    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized, value-added solutions that meet the client's specific needs.
    • Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business with key accounts.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, ensure client retention, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Keep detailed records of all client interactions, communications, and agreements in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that could affect the client relationship.
