- Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to management.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and develop their skills.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in key account management from FMCG industry, preferably with experience handling night entertainment accounts.
