Senior Business Development Manager for Postpaid Mobile Growth

Overview:
The Senior Business Development Manager will drive the overall KPIs of Revenue and Churn of Postpaid Mobile Business at M1. This role manages a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for respective portfolios.
This position curates strategies to optimize revenue and reduce churn for the Postpaid Mobile base, collaborating closely with the Segment team to develop customer lifecycle management strategies for segment-focused retention and revenue preservation.
Key Responsibilities include initiating and managing pricing strategies alongside the product team, curating opportunities for revenue optimization and churn reduction through data-driven insights, and developing comprehensive strategies aligned with company targets for base penetration and network utilization.
Mentorship is also a crucial aspect of this role, guiding team members to develop innovative marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, stickiness, and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, including leadership and team management
- Experience in revenue and/or churn management from consumer-led product or service industries is welcome
- Strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving aptitude are necessary to lead the planning team
- Understanding of consumer/tech revenue and market metrics is required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends to influence pricing decisions and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Benefits:
