If you’re passionate about technology and want to be part of a team shaping the future of the business, Mobile Life is the place for you Responsibilities: Greet, address customers’ inquiries, and assist customers in selecting the right mobile accessories based on their needs and preferences. Provide expert product and/or service recommendations, demonstrating knowledge of the latest accessories, trends, and technologies. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat business. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of mobile accessories we offer, including phone cases, screen protectors, and more. Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform general repairs (e.g. screens, batteries, etc.) for various issues with smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. Participate in ongoing training provided by the company to stay up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies. Other related work assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements: Possess at least O/A Levels or Diploma in any field. Candidates with retail sales experience preferred. Candidates with experience repairing mobile devices and gadgets will be an added advantage. Able to work in retail hours (Monday to Sunday, 10:30 am - 9:30 pm), weekends and public holidays. Strong people skills and a knack for solving problems. A willingness to learn phone and tablet repair skills. Interest in working with various phone brands and models. Details: Probation period: 1 month Salary range: $2000 - $3500 (basic + comms), basic salary will be commensurate with experience. Leave entitlement: Monthly leave of 4 days (Monday to Friday off), Annual Leave of 7 Days, 14 days of sick leave, etc (as stipulated by MOM).
