
Chief Employee Experience Manager

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage comprehensive employee files, including personnel information, performance evaluations, and benefits data.
- Process and verify work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances according to relevant regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily HR duties from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless employee transitions and resolving any related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all HR-related matters, maintaining open communication with the management team and other stakeholders.
- Manage leave and attendance records, adhering to company policies and applicable laws.
- Administer training-related matters, including coordinating or enrolling employees in internal and external courses, updating and maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions of government claims, such as CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, and income tax matters (IR8A & IR21).
- Implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
