Job Description

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee records in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Manage comprehensive employee files, including personnel information, performance evaluations, and benefits data.
  • Process and verify work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances according to relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Perform daily HR duties from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless employee transitions and resolving any related issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all HR-related matters, maintaining open communication with the management team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage leave and attendance records, adhering to company policies and applicable laws.
  • Administer training-related matters, including coordinating or enrolling employees in internal and external courses, updating and maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions of government claims, such as CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, and income tax matters (IR8A & IR21).
  • Implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
