Job Title: Chief Employee Experience Officer

The Chief Employee Experience Officer is responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience by designing and implementing engaging experiences that enhance the overall quality of life for employees.

This role involves:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to employee information, including personal details, work history, and benefits. This includes creating and updating electronic personnel files and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinating and overseeing various HR-related projects and initiatives, such as training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensuring seamless administration duties, including preparing offer letters, confirmation letters, and other essential documents.
  • Managing access and permissions for employees and former employees to ensure secure access to company premises.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Holding a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Having at least 2 years of prior experience in an HR role.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations, related compliance, and HR management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
