We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Chief Concierge. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
- Answer and process all guest calls, messages, and requests
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Support management with employee training, scheduling, and evaluation
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and guests
Requirements:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in customer service and hospitality industry
- Fire safety certification and basic life support training
