Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Executive to join our team. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's front office, ensuring seamless guest experiences and excellent hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations, including registration, check-in, and departure procedures.
  • Process cashiering duties, including computing and collecting applicable rates from guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide reasonable assistance and services.
  • Perform room checks, reservations, and public area checks as required.
  • Execute all reasonable work processes as instructed by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary Education.
  • At least 3 years of hotel front office working experience (candidates with no related experience will be considered).
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working during weekends and public holidays.
