Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Guest Services to join our team. As the key representative of the hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from check-in to departure.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Guest Services department, including concierge, bell service, door service, parking valet, and night runners.
- Lead and Motivate Team Members: Lead and motivate a team of Guest Services professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in guest service delivery.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all Guest Services areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary education or higher with equivalent and hotel-related experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial position in the service industry, preferably in Guest Services and/or Front Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
