  • Responsible for full recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, strategic development, and more.",">
  • Administer payroll functions including claims, overtime payments, bonus, and monthly salary.",">
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.",">
  • Manage end-to-end processes for all applicants and renewal of work passes, escalating any outstanding issues.",">
  • Partner with HR colleagues to handle employee relations issues and support grievance/disciplinary processes.",">
  • Data maintenance in relation to employee information and aligning with best HR practices and policies.",">
  • Support internal and external audits, manpower reports, government surveys, and more.",">

Job Requirements:

Minimum degree in Human Resources or similar with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial/banking sector.
