Key Performance Indicator Driven Human Resources Professional

This role is a key appointment in our organisation. We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to drive impactful initiatives across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leadership to create a high-performance culture.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional employee experiences by leveraging data, digital tools, and human insight.

  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to offboarding.
  • Partnering closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Providing advice on HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and compliance matters.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records promptly and accurately in the HRIS system.
  • Administering HR programs and processes, including payroll and leave management.
  • Overseeing internship programs and government grants.
  • Tracking and managing HR budget and manpower planning.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting internal and external audits and government surveys.
  • Preparing and analysing HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Supporting employee engagement, communication, and wellness initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of HR generalist/business partnering experience, with good exposure to recruitment, preferably in the telecommunication or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, MOM guidelines, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced SME/growth company environment.
  • Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated, and resilient to change.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
