Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and compliant work culture across our organization.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with operations teams to drive employee engagement and support workforce planning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on HR policies, employment terms, compensation and benefits queries to employees;
  • Conducting regular visits to build rapport, monitor staff morale and identify concerns early;
  • SUPPORTING employee relations, including managing grievances, conducting investigations and preparing disciplinary documentation;
  • Partnering with the Operations Team to drive employee engagement and ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and internal company policies;
  • Maintaining up-to-date employee records and personal files (P-files), including tracking of contract renewals and work pass expiry;
  • Preparing and generating HR reports on key metrics such as productivity, headcount, turnover, and absenteeism;
  • Oversseeing airport pass applications and renewals;
  • Ensuring HR compliance with MOM regulations and internal company policies;
  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for full-timer and part-timer including reconciliation of attendance and leaves, wage calculations, deductions, CPF submission, tax clearance for work pass holders, updating HRMS records, government paid leave claims, etc.;
  • Preparing HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making;
  • Assisting in annual performance appraisals and contributing to HR projects and process improvements;
  • Supporting other tasks as assigned.
