
Chief Employee Experience Officer

- Support key negotiations by summarizing implications on the business and associated risks.
- Promote workplace wellness, mental health literacy, and resilience through various initiatives.
- Plan and execute diversity and inclusion activities that comply with organizational policies and promote a culture of inclusivity.
- Manage relationships and communicate effectively to carry out HR functional roles.
- Oversee industrial and labor relations.
- Drive staff welfare programs that promote employee well-being and engagement.
- Minimum degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience required.
- Office hours are 5 days a week.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Good management skills for team leadership.
