Desktop Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, support, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure software and hardware on workstations.
  • Manage user accounts and ensure proper network connectivity for all workstations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Windows Laptop/Printer issues.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting in Operating system.
  • Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
  • Ensuring proper network connectivity for all workstations and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Provide desktop support through remote access.
  • Coordinate with clients and customers regarding their problems.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in desktop engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
