Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware components.
  • Install, re-install, troubleshoot, and reconfigure Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications.
  • Install Apple iPad software and deploy new devices.
  • Generate reports and submit daily/weekly updates.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and provide guidance on resolution.
  • Maintain printer equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a banking or healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Outlook, Mac, troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, hardware, laptops, healthcare, Windows 7, computer hardware, MS Office, Windows, and Microsoft Windows.
