Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to provide high-quality desktop support services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional desktop support services to users, including resolving technical issues and escalating incidents when necessary.
- Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user help requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform imaging and re-imaging tasks as required.
- Conduct regular asset inventories to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
- ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support.
- Possess at least one (1) of the following certifications or their equivalent: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Client, or Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops.
- Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tools will be added advantages.
- Demonstrate expertise in supporting workstations and related components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
- Effective collaboration and communication with teammates and managers.
