Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for desktop systems and devices.

  • Maintenance of desktop systems and peripherals, including troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues.
  • Providing technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person support.
  • Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support, with a focus on troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
