Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide first-line assistance for end-user issues. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk support and possess knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, and basic networking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling ticket logging, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed. They will also perform PC/Mac setup, imaging, and user onboarding/offboarding, as well as manage password resets and access requests.

In addition, the Desktop Support Specialist will support meeting rooms, connectivity, and hardware inventory. We value candidates with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including implementing new technologies and processes to improve our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket logging and troubleshooting
  • PC/Mac setup and imaging

  • Meeting room and connectivity support

Requirements:
