[Key Responsibilities]
As a Senior Associate/Manager (Brand), you will take ownership of one of the most dynamic brands globally—the Singapore business brand. Your analytical skills will help shape how Singapore is viewed by a global business audience, while your creativity will drive innovative ideas to enhance this perception through impactful activations and campaigns worldwide.
Campaign Management and Localization
- Oversee integrated brand campaigns across various channels, including paid, owned, earned, and partner platforms. This includes strategizing, planning, executing, reporting on performance, and managing stakeholders and vendors.
- Adapt the Singapore business brand for key markets such as Germany, Japan, Singapore, the UK, and the US, collaborating with EDB's international offices on both online and offline activations as part of their overall market strategies.
Brand Strategy Development
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and consultations with EDB senior management and government stakeholders regarding the strategic direction of the Singapore business brand.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to propose modifications to the Singapore business brand that align with EDB's broader industry development strategy, translating these proposals into actionable brand campaigns.
Brand Governance and Implementation
- Commission, manage, and promote the adoption of Brand SG and EDB assets and toolkits, which include visual materials, design templates, and promotional merchandise.
- Monitor the application of the Singapore and EDB brands across various touchpoints, including events, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
Additional Responsibilities
- Depending on business requirements, you may be called upon to assist with other integrated marketing initiatives led by team members, which could involve supporting the execution of various marketing campaigns through events, partnerships, and paid media.
[Candidate Profile]
- Singaporean citizen.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within B2B or public sector environments, either in a marketing agency or as part of a corporate/government brand marketing team.
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Experience in supervising and collaborating with marketing vendors, including creative agencies and market research firms.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Singapore government procurement processes.
- A degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, New Media, or Mass Communication.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.
- Strong influencing skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, many of whom may not have marketing expertise.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with complex tasks.
