Facility Equipment Operations Coordinator

The Maintenance Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. This involves providing technical support and assistance for both preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance activities performed within the assigned section, participating in the investigation of equipment damage or accidents, and assisting in the preparation of requisite reports.
The selected individual will facilitate liaison and follow-up activities with equipment owners regarding maintenance-related matters, conduct regular patrol checks to monitor the status of maintenance works and equipment performance, and collaborate effectively with other internal departments on matters of maintenance coordination.
Key responsibilities also include developing, monitoring, and controlling maintenance work procedures to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards, preparing and managing technical check sheets, and reporting directly to the superior on all matters relevant to the section's operations and performance.
