Job Title
Facilities Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Operations Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining data related to BME and M&E Equipment Inventory system. This includes managing physical and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval of BEMS information, scheduling preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for BME equipment, managing vendors and users, monitoring office supplies, and providing general administrative support as required.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum A-Level / Diploma in any course and have strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with inventory management, quality control, and compliance is also desirable. The ideal candidate should be approachable, physically fit, and able to work well in a team environment.
