Facilities Operations Coordinator

A strategic and highly organized professional is required to lead daily operations in our facilities and equipment calibration department.
- Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced facilities operations coordinator to oversee the maintenance, calibration, and repair of critical equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records of all activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum degree in engineering, biomedical sciences, or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience in ISO17025/GLP/GMP environments. Strong understanding of IT (software installation, hardware/software interfaces, Windows administration) and familiarity with system commissioning, qualification & validation (ISPE GAMP 5, USP ) are desirable.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in software installation, hardware/software interfaces, and Windows administration.
