
Facilities Operations Coordinator

The role of a Facility Management Support Executive is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and properties. The individual will be responsible for supporting the facility management team in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including coordinating maintenance, repair, and renovation projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work requests;
- Investigating, checking, and analyzing reported breakdowns and faults to prevent future occurrences;
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and ensuring timely completion of work request records;
- Providing support in building and development projects;
- Assisting in the coordination of pest control and air-conditioning services for schools;
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Requirements:The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in facility management, property management, or related fields. They should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
