About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Analyst to join our Strategy and Planning team at DBS Global Financial Markets (GFM). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business planning support, operational support, and procurement and contract management services to the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Planning Support: Assist the Strategy and Planning team with management reporting, cost management, staff engagement, and learning and development.
  • Operational Support: Perform checks related to operational procedures, systems, controls, and compliance.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: Handle procurement requests and assist with contract management.
  • Premises and Facilities Management: Coordinate and follow up with CRESA on improvement and rectification requests.
  • Staff Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage tasks related to staff onboarding and offboarding, including systems accesses and setups, laptop requests etc.
  • Invoicing and Payment: Manage payments for GFM and ensuring they meet the required standards.

Requirements
  • 2 years of business management support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and supporting GFM colleagues.
  • Collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable, eager to identify and suggest improvements in workflows and processes.
  • Capable of handling complex and sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
