
Business Growth and Partnerships Lead

Job Summary:
This role is a key part of our business development team, responsible for driving growth and partnerships. We are looking for an experienced professional to join us in this critical position.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Support business growth initiatives by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners to drive revenue growth
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Analyze sales reports and trends to optimize business performance
- Improve CRM processes to enhance customer experience and drive retention
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media and Google advertising
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools, such as Excel
