Lead Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our growth initiatives on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate independently with minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive company growth in target markets, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • IDentify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances, collaborating with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Buid and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation, negotiating and closing high-value deals ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, ROI analyses, and strategic plans to stakeholders, reporting regularly on KPIs, deal progress, and pipeline status to leadership.
