Job Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Secretariat Specialist to provide corporate secretarial support to entities within our portfolio.
This is a challenging role in a dynamic corporate environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by us and guidance to team members.
- Support the functions of the corporate secretariat department, ensuring regulatory compliance with Companies Act and other requirements.
- Handle a wide spectrum of corporate secretarial works including preparation of Board resolutions, documents, minutes of meetings as well as announcements.
