Job Title: Hospitality Professional

Description:
Serving as the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless communication and operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service at all times.
  • Ensure timely communication with management on operational matters.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items and upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and set up tables efficiently.
  • Promptly clear and reset tables after service.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of restaurant areas.
  • Complete all opening and closing procedures in a timely manner.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Food and Beverage/Customer Service or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or food service industry (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
