Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Professional to join our team. As a Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all correspondence is replied within 24 hours. You will identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type, verifying availability and rates in real-time.

You will explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers, accommodate and document special requests, and answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using technology to manage reservations and data entry.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
