Professional Service Position
The ideal candidate will embody professionalism and warmth in every interaction with our guests. They should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage every guest with courtesy and enthusiasm
- Effectively manage reservations and walk-ins to maintain a smooth service flow
- Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure fair and organized service delivery
- Respond to inquiries with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Provide support to supervisors as needed in front-of-house operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Composure: Ability to remain calm and professional during peak hours
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and forward thinking
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) or reservation systems is an asset
